At Valentino’s, we start with sushi grade Atlantic Salmon. We then cure and cold smoke the salmon over three days to produce a very fresh and tender product.
Our smoked salmon is of the highest quality and is enjoyed by many clients at The National Club, The Toronto Club, Osgoode Hall, The Rosedale Golf and Country Club, Sotto Sotto Restaurant, Summerhill Market...etc.
We have dips and fresh fish also available at the store.
